The crown of The St. Regis Residences, Miami at dusk, its sculpted hummingbird poised above Biscayne Bay — artist's conceptual rendering

Movement I

Sand

The arrival — warm stone, gardens, and the quiet code of the house.

Beyond a private gate on Brickell Avenue, the city falls away. Nearly three acres of gardens by Enzo Enea gather the morning light, and a double-height lobby receives it in sand and warm stone — the first temperature of the house.

Rockwell Group composes the classic St. Regis code in the register of sand — rooms made for ritual rather than display.

Coral

The life and its rituals — from the morning pool to the evening toast.

Coral is the note the day is set to. Afternoon Tea in the Drawing Room; the Evening Ritual at dusk; a late hour in the Cognac Room, high above the bay. More than fifty thousand square feet of amenities hold the hours in between.

The Well-Composed Day

Holistic Wellness Living

Wellness here is not an amenity but a register of the house — a salt spa for the slow hours, an indoor lap pool for the disciplined ones, and an athletic club that keeps the bay in view through every stride.

Sky

The bay and the height — glass from floor to ceiling.

Fifty storeys rise above South Brickell, crowned by the hummingbird. Within: 152 residences with private elevator foyers, ceilings rising to eleven feet, and walls of glass that hold the bay, Key Biscayne and the skyline in a single sweep.

And through every movement, the St. Regis butler — anticipatory service, attended to before you ask.
